FAQSS is a data capture system that allows
for automated data capture of information from forms. The beauty of the FAQSS system is its performance
in terms of speed and accuracy.
Topology
The FAQSS system consists of both hardware and software. In the diagram below, portions of FAQSS are distributed
across data entry, scanning, processing, and quality control stations. All of these stations are Intel based Windows PCs.
FAQSS works across any type of network that supports drive mounting.
Scalability
The FAQSS system can scale to meet your needs. Fortune 500 companies use it to process thousands of forms each day.
Smaller companies purchase a base system and then expand by adding additional processing stations, processing boards,
and data entry stations.
Manageability
The FAQSS system was designed from the ground up to support an easy to use administration interface that allows you full
control over your FAQSS system including the addition of users, the management of batches, and the tracking of statistics.
